Courtney has dedicated much of her life to working with and supporting kids and their families in our community. She believes that kids have little control over their surroundings or what happens to them so they need someone who is willing to be their voice and advocate for them. Her hope is that Project Community can be an avenue of support for people to find hope and solace. A place where they can call for help and be welcomed with love and open arms.
As a third-grade teacher, Courtney understands the educational, practical, and emotional needs of kids and families. She chose to serve on the Project Community board as a way to make a difference and serve Johnson County in a real and purposeful way.
Courtney enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Stella. She volunteers with local pageant boards and has a heart for helping young girls see their value and potential.
