Mike and Stephanie want our community to see the value and potential in everyone regardless of their situation, condition, addiction, flaws, mistakes, and imperfections and to love as Christ loves. They are passionate about seeing Johnson County unified in meeting the needs of the community. Their hope is that Project Community will help to set an example of unconditional love, extreme generosity, integrity, and genuineness to build a community of unity in helping those in need.
Mike serves as the Community Advocate on the Project Community board in order to have a positive impact on our community through the gifts, talents, abilities, and functions that God has blessed him with. He works as a maintenance lead at Tyson but also spends time hanging out and building relationships with the guys living in the Next Steps recovery housing. Stephanie works for the Clarksville School District as a cook in the high school and is always willing to serve others in any way that she can.
Mike and Stephanie have been married for 32 years and have two children, Chris and Alisha. They enjoy spending time with and spoiling their 6 grandkids. Their hobbies include painting, woodworking, glass etching, working on vehicles, taking care of their flower garden, and spending time with family and friends.
